The Collaboration: The Spirit of Swift
We worked closely with the masters at 40ft Brewery to capture the exact spirit of our iconic Irish Coffee. The result is a stout that is dark, lush, and guaranteed to kick any evening into gear.
The beer is brewed by steeping premium whole coffee beans for 72 hours into a rich, silky malt base. This full-bodied stout delivers smooth layers of roast and richness. Expect indulgent notes of Irish cream and whiskey from the dark, crystal, and chocolate malts, beautifully balanced by Bravo hops. Every sip is a decadent experience.
